A good friend of potatoes

it’s kind of boring food, but it’s good food: boiled potatoes in their skins with curd (Quark) . Normally I make a standard version of curd – normally, there’s no way to change (I can be very conservative!). But this time I tried something new – or at least something that was new to me: Radieschenquark. It’s also good as a dip for veggies or anything else!

For one person mix about

1-2 big tablespoons of curd
about 4 tsp of joghurt

stir well, season with salt and pepper. Grate

6 radishes

and add them. Stir well, add some chopped chives and serve with boiled potatoes! Great food for spring!

If you don’t have any curd as it is not available in your supermarket, just mix some cream cheese and yoghurt or other dairy products to get the consistency of a creamy dip.

    Good food is never boring! And curd with radish is also new to me, think I will try it soon since it’s so easy and quick to prepare :-)
