Wanna impress in an easy way?

DSC00259I love fingerfood. In Spain you get tapas, in France you’ll have an apéro, a drink and a little bit to eat.
Your friends come over for a glass of wine? You don’t want to serve only some crackers and cheese? You happen to have some mushrooms? Well… just look into your fridge, take what seems to be appropriate to fill the mushrooms and put them in the oven.

I used

about 18 mushrooms

about 2 tblsp yogurt
about 50 g of cream cheese
basil
oregano
salt
pepper

a little bit of gouda cheese

Wash the mushrooms, put away the stems (you don’t need a knife, just turn it with your fingers) and put the mushrooms in a baking pan (no oil needed). Mix cream cheese, yoghurt, salt, pepper, and herbs. Fill the mushrooms with this mix. Cover with some cheese an bake the mushrooms for about 20-25 minutes (175°C). Serve hot or cold.

I also already used leftovers of tomato sauce for filling the mushrooms. And if you want to be really fast, just use cream cheese with herbs.
